Where are my sewers for BOYS at!?!?!? Today we have such a great and easy pattern for you with so much style. The Chapster Pants are currently available in sizes NB-5y... but don't fret, sizes 6-12y are currently in testing and will soon be available. This one comes from a 'new to us' designer, PetitBebe, and I have a feeling that this may be a great designer to keep an eye on. I just love the lines of these pants, and I can imagine SOOOOO many ways to mix it up with different fabrics. And for those of you in cooler climates, this pattern can be made as either shorts or pants!
PetitBebe is offering all customers the opportunity to win a free pattern (or a refund on a pattern purchase). Just mention 'Pattern Revolution' in the comments when you check out HERE and you will automatically be entered to win!!! (offer valid through 12/11)
With three different length options, you will be able to sew up this pattern from summer though winter. The waist band contains two construction options: making a casing or using the 'sew and flip' technique. I personally use only the casing method, but with how detailed the instructions were to describe the 'sew and flip' technique, I decided to give it a try. The outcome stitching wasn't perfect, but I was pleased for my first time! It is always nice to step out of your comfort zone and try something different.
