AD Challenge: Point Mugu Maxi Skirt by Seaside Notions

Hi there! I am Nicola, the designer at Seaside Notions. A Navy veteran turned Navy spouse, I prefer to focus on children's patterns and accessories that are fun, light and reflect beach life. Today I am here to introduce my first clothing pattern, the Point Mugu Maxi Skirt. I am very excited to bring this pattern to you.

Great for summer, this fun, feminine skirt features a flat front waist and elastic back. The size range is vast, covering 12 months to 14 years!

It can be dressed up or paired with a tee and flip flops for Summer. Your daughter will love wearing it wherever you go.

The PDF pattern is thorough and well written. A no trim pattern with both measuring charts and pattern pieces to accommodate those that prefer to measure and cut; as well as those that prefer to print and cut. The pattern utilizes layers and bookmarks to make it navigation friendly. An explanation on how to upsize and downsize the length makes it simple to modify the fit for each child.

A knit conversion tutorial will be released in June for free through the Seaside Notions Blog. Be sure to join our pattern community on Facebook to watch for it.  We also have a women's version in the works!

A big thank you to the amazing testers that helped to make this pattern amazing: Zoe, Jamie, Tracey, Ashley, Tasha, Megan, Melissa, Jenn, Tomi-Anne, Lorraine, Garilyn, Leanne, Leeann, Sheila, Zara, Essence, Sandra, Cassidie, and Miriam.

This pattern is now available on my website and on sale for only $6.50 through Memorial Day!

Don't forget to enter to win a copy! If you purchase it and win, I'll refund your purchase price!
