Jocole Leggings Sew a Long: Day 4

There is *still* time to catch up ... if you already haven't picked up the pattern you can get the girls Ruffle Leggings (newborn through 14 and includes doll) or the Ladies Basic Leggings (xs through xxxl) ... both patterns are available from Jocole. These sew up SUPER fast and you're gonna love them.

Today we're doing Steps 15 through Step 22.

(Steps 15 - 17) Stitch ends of elastic together using a zigzag stitch. Mark in quarters and mark waist opening in quarters.

(Steps 18 - 19) Stitch elastic around the waist.
