Leotard #10 by My Childhood Treasures
/Hello! Heather from All Things Katy!, here! Today, I’m reviewing Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10. Goodbye, school year, hello summer break!! Summers area meant for splashing, swimming and LOTS of pool time! And, when there’s a pool, there’s ALWAYS sunscreen! Yes, I am that mom at the pool..! One way that I help protect my daughter’s skin from harmful UV rays is by clothing her in SPF clothing and swimwear. I love being able to sew her sleeved swimsuits, such as the Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10, using SPF fabric.
The Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10 features two sleeve lengths, two skirt lengths and sweet, feminine sweetheart neckline. It is the perfect, girly foundation for a swimsuit. The Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10 is sized for toddler 2 all the way up to size 14. I really appreciate a pattern with a wide size range that can make my tween feel confident and pretty while not being too mature for her age. For a point of reference, I sewed up a size 11, hip-length ruffle, short sleeve Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10.
Missy loves anything with a twirl! The Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10 includes a hip-length ruffle that keeps the suit feminine while not interfering with play and swimming. The short sleeves of the Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10 (when sewn in SPF treated swim fabric), are a great way to protect my daughter’s shoulders while she plays for hours out in the sun.
So, now that my daughter is all decked out in her new Treasurie- My Childhood Treasures, Leotard #10, I can lay the sunscreen down… at least for another 80 minutes… ;-)
